We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every item in our shop is a unique vintage piece, carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@foxnfound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and, if possible, the reason for the return
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions
- Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging where possible. We inspect all returns upon receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (card or PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Return Postage
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or is not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
Exceptions
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been worn, resized, or altered after purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after receipt
