Vintage enamel ring, size Q
About this piece
A striking modernist design that plays with bold geometry and colour contrast. The band is sterling silver, with an oval-shaped bezel featuring glossy black enamel inlaid in a wave or leaf-like pattern, creating an almost art deco sensibility through its stylised curves. The enamel sits flush with the polished silver frame, giving the piece a clean, architectural quality that typifies mid-century jewellery design.
In UK size Q, the ring sits comfortably and wears beautifully. The condition is excellent: the enamel shows no chips or crazing, the silver retains its lustre, and the band is smooth and well-finished. As with all vintage enamel, we recommend avoiding prolonged soaking and very hot water, which can stress the enamel over time. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth is all it needs.
