Vintage Soviet 50s Sterling Silver Ring – Size R1/2
About this piece
A striking sculptural ring from 1950s Soviet manufacture, cast in sterling silver with a boldly three-dimensional design. The face features interlocking leaf or petal forms that create a dynamic, organic composition—a signature of mid-century metalwork from the era, which often drew on natural forms and modernist abstraction. The polished surfaces catch light beautifully, while the craftsmanship shows the precision typical of Soviet jewellery workshops.
In UK size R½, the ring wears comfortably and makes a confident statement on the hand. The condition is excellent: the silver retains its lustre with only light patina in recessed areas, and the casting is clean and sharp. We recommend occasional gentle polishing with a soft cloth to maintain its shine, and storage away from moisture to preserve the silver.
