We ship parcels Monday to Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days — every piece is wrapped carefully and packed securely before it travels.

Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and may vary with customs processing in the destination country.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we email you the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear. You can follow your parcel at any time on the Track your order page.
Customs & import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Every parcel is sent with a completed customs declaration.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. All prices are in British pounds (GBP).
