We ship parcels Monday to Friday. Please note that no parcels are sent on Saturdays and Sundays — orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
Every parcel is sent fully tracked with Royal Mail:
- UK — Tracked 48: 2–3 working days · Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
- Europe — International Tracked: 3–5 working days
- United States — International Tracked: 5–7 working days
- Rest of the world — International Tracked: 5–10 working days

Yes — we ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. For orders outside the UK, please note that import duties or taxes may be charged by your country’s customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Of course. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return — no reason needed. Items should come back unworn and unaltered. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Yes — most pieces have a “Make me an offer” button right on the product page. Tell us your price and we’ll reply by email, usually within a day: we may accept, suggest a counter-offer, or politely decline.
A few things to know:
- An agreed price is reserved for 72 hours — you’ll receive a private checkout link by email.
- The agreed price is final: delivery is added at checkout as usual, and discount codes can’t be combined with an offer.
- The piece stays on sale until an agreed offer is paid for — every item is one of a kind, so it may sell to someone else in the meantime.
Yes. Every piece in the shop is a one-of-a-kind vintage item, personally sourced and checked for authenticity, quality and craftsmanship. Each listing has only one in stock — once it’s gone, it’s gone. Condition is always described honestly and shown in the photos.
