Abalone Oval Filigree Cutout Ring 925 Sterling Silver Sizes L
About this piece
A striking openwork ring in solid 925 sterling silver, built around an oval cabochon of abalone shell. The iridescent surface displays the signature play of blue, green and purple typical of this material, set within a simple bezel. The band features an intricate filigree pattern of scrolling loops across the face — a design drawing on classical ornamental traditions, offering visual lightness without sacrificing presence on the hand.
In UK size L, this ring wears as a substantial but not heavy statement piece. The cutout design means the band feels airy against the skin, and the sterling silver shows excellent wear — bright and clean with minimal scratching. The abalone itself remains lustrous with no chips or cracks visible. We recommend occasional gentle cleaning with a soft cloth, and avoiding prolonged contact with water or harsh chemicals, which can dull the natural iridescence of shell over time.
