About this piece
A charming bow-motif ring rendered in sterling silver and marcasite, a pyrite mineral favoured in Art Deco jewellery for its metallic lustre and geometric sparkle. The bow sits proudly atop the band, its articulated knot detailed with marcasite pavé work and bright-cut silver facets that catch the light beautifully. In UK size O, it sits comfortably on the middle or index finger.
The ring shows the refined craftsmanship typical of the period: each marcasite stone is carefully set, and the silver is well-polished with only gentle patina visible on closer inspection. Marcasite is brittle and benefits from light care—avoid immersing it in water for long periods, and remove it before sports or heavy work. A soft cloth is all it needs to maintain its shine. An original vintage piece that adds quiet elegance to both everyday wear and special occasions.
