Size L1/2 silver vintage ring with an unknown transparent stone
About this piece
A charming vintage silver ring with a bezel-set cabochon stone in warm peachy-brown, held in place within a decorative twisted wirework frame. The shoulders of the band taper slightly, classic lines that suggest mid-twentieth-century craft. The stone is polished smooth and slightly translucent, catching light with a gentle warmth; its precise mineral identity remains uncertain from visual inspection alone, though the colour and optical qualities might suit carnelian, rose quartz, or a similar semi-precious gemstone.
In UK size L1/2, the ring sits comfortably as an everyday piece or dress ring. The silver shows the subtle patina of use—a lived-in quality that speaks to its age and history. The band is sound and the bezel secure. A light polish would brighten the metal if preferred; otherwise, we recommend simply wiping it with a soft cloth and storing it away from moisture to preserve its character.
