925 Sterling Silver Ring (Ukraine 1990s Hallmark, Chestnut Leaf) size N
About this piece
A substantial silver ring in UK size N, featuring a distinctive chestnut leaf motif rendered in relief on one side of the band. The leaf detail is crisp and naturalistic, characteristic of 1990s Eastern European jewellery design. The band itself is smooth and gently curved, proportioned to sit comfortably on the finger with presence without bulk.
Hallmarked 925 sterling silver with Ukrainian origin marks, this piece dates to the 1990s — a period of creative jewellery-making in newly independent Ukraine, when traditional botanical and folk motifs experienced a revival. The silver shows gentle patina and light wear consistent with regular wear over the years, lending it authentic character. The leaf catches the light beautifully and remains sharply defined. A timeless everyday ring that works equally well alone or stacked, and substantial enough to feel grounded on the hand.
