About this piece

This is a devotional band ring, a traditional Orthodox prayer piece inscribed with the protective prayer “Господи спаси и сохрани мя” — “Lord, save and protect me” — in Old Church Slavonic. The geometric chevron pattern wraps the outer surface, creating a simple, meditative quality typical of Russian and Eastern Orthodox religious jewellery.

Hallmarked 925 sterling silver, the ring shows honest wear consistent with a piece of personal spiritual significance — light scratches and patina across the surface speak to regular wear. In UK size M, it sits comfortably as an everyday ring or meaningful gift. To care for it, we suggest gentle cleaning with warm soapy water and a soft cloth; a silver cloth may restore shine if desired.
