About this piece
A bright, lime-green demantoid garnet sits proudly in this sterling silver solitaire ring. The stone is held in a four-claw setting atop a slender, polished band — a timeless design that lets the gem’s vivid colour and sparkle take centre stage. The demantoid’s warm, glassy lustre is distinctive among garnets, and its brilliant green hue makes it a striking choice for everyday wear or special occasions.
In UK size S, the ring feels substantial without being heavy. The silver shows minor surface wear consistent with gentle, regular use — the band retains its polish and the setting remains secure. Demantoid is relatively durable (7.5 on the Mohs scale) and suits most jewellery-wearing lifestyles, though care should be taken to avoid sharp knocks. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will keep it gleaming.
