Uk size O vintage Soviet Sterling silver ring
About this piece
This Soviet-era sterling silver ring in UK size O is a characterful example of mid-twentieth-century metalwork. The design features a textured, dimensional top—with scrolled or foliate detailing—that catches light beautifully, rising distinctly from a plain polished band. The craftsmanship is evident in the careful finishing of both decorative and structural elements.
The ring shows honest wear consistent with its age and use: the surface bears gentle patination and minor scratches that add to its authentic vintage character. Sterling silver develops this natural patina over decades, and light polishing will restore lustre if desired. For routine care, we recommend storing it in a soft pouch to minimise tarnishing, and cleaning gently with a silver cloth when needed. A striking, wearable piece that sits comfortably on the finger.
