About this piece
A striking modernist ring from the closing years of the Soviet era, crafted in 925 sterling silver. The design features a sculptural diagonal band swept across the face, set with five round stones in a neat vertical line. The asymmetrical geometry is characteristic of 1990s Soviet jewellery — bold, graphic and unapologetically contemporary.
The silver shows the patina of age and wear consistent with genuine vintage use, with light surface marks visible across the band. The stones — likely cubic zirconia or crystal — remain bright and faceted. The ring sits comfortably on the finger and would suit either casual or formal wear. We recommend a gentle clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth; if desired, a silver polish will restore shine to the metal.
