This is a substantial hinged bangle in 900 silver, richly ornamented with repoussé and filigree work across its face. Five turquoise cabochons — one larger oval at the centre front, smaller rounds at the sides — are set into decorative bezels amid scrolling foliate patterns and granulated detailing. The silver is darkened (likely oxidised purposefully for contrast), while the ornamental bands remain polished, creating striking visual depth.

The construction is characteristic of early–to–mid 20th-century Eastern European or Russian silverwork, where such elaborate mixed techniques and filigree were favoured. The hinge mechanism and hinged clasp are robust and function smoothly. The bracelet sits as a comfortable everyday piece, substantial enough to make a statement without excessive weight.
