Vintage Tested Silver Paste Holland Windmill Porcelain Pendant
About this piece
A charming pendant featuring a hand-painted porcelain roundel depicting a traditional Dutch windmill in red on a cream ground, set within a burnished silver-paste frame. The surround is jewelled with alternating round pastes in ruby and clear rhinestone, creating a cheerful, vintage sparkle. The pendant hangs from a tapered silver-paste loop.
The porcelain shows honest wear to the glaze — light surface marks visible under close inspection — consistent with vintage wear rather than damage. The stones remain bright and secure. Wear this as a charming nod to Holland and nostalgic travel jewellery, or as a small decorative treasure. Polish gently with a soft cloth; avoid prolonged water exposure to preserve the painted finish.
