Vintage Cherry amber Studs, Dangle Earrings – Magic Squares
About this piece
A striking pair of studs with deep cherry-red faceted amber stones set within ornate silver frames. The square bezels are surrounded by elaborate filigree work featuring scrolling curves and applied bead detailing, characteristic of early-to-mid 20th-century design. The amber itself is translucent and bright, catching light beautifully with its dimensional faceted cut.
Cast in silver-tone metal with strong dimensional detail throughout, these earrings carry the hallmarks of folk-inspired or Eastern European craftsmanship. The backs are simple posts, suitable for pierced ears. The pieces show honest age and gentle wear to the metal finish — surface patina and minor marks consistent with vintage wear — whilst the stones remain sound and lustrous. These would suit both formal and casual styling, their bold geometry working well with period dress or modern wardrobes alike.
