Amethyst sterling silver pendant
About this piece
A striking modernist pendant in textured sterling silver, set with an oval-cut amethyst in a clean bezel setting. The stone’s deep purple hue is captured beautifully in the secure mount, which frames the gem with simple elegance. The band itself features a frosted, hammered finish that catches light and contrasts with the polished edges — characteristic of mid-century metalwork.
The piece shows excellent condition with only light surface wear consistent with careful wear and storage. The textured silver patina is warm and well-preserved. An open loop at the top allows easy threading onto a chain or cord, making it versatile for different neck lengths and styling. We recommend periodic gentle cleaning with a soft silver cloth to maintain the subtle frosted finish.
