A charming vintage sterling silver ring from the 1990s, made in the post-Soviet era and full of the soft, flowing lines of Art Nouveau design. The setting forms a graceful openwork butterfly, its sculpted wing sweeping upward from a curling ribbon of silver, with a delicate round accent at its heart.
A single sparkling cubic zirconia sits in a neat prong setting beside the motif. This clear stone is known as a stone of clarity and focus, said to bring confidence, brightness of mind and a quiet sense of protection to the one who wears it. The darkened recesses of the oxidised silver frame the design beautifully and let the polished curves catch the light.
Hallmarked 925 inside the band, with the original assay and maker’s marks. UK size L (US 6). It is in good vintage condition, with a gentle patina consistent with its age.
