About this piece

An elegant X-shaped pendant in sterling silver with a deeply oxidised finish that lends it an appealingly dark, smoky character. One arm is studded with cubic zirconia stones set along its length, catching light beautifully, whilst the other remains plain and polished. The piece is substantial and sculptural, formed from two gently curved bars that cross at the centre, where a maker’s mark is visible.

Sterling silver oxidation darkens the metal naturally over time and through intentional treatment; it can be polished back to brightness if preferred, but many prefer to keep this moody patina. Wear it on a chain as a statement pendant, or incorporate it into a layered necklace arrangement. The contrast between the stone-set arm and its plain counterpart makes it equally striking worn front-facing or turned to either side. Condition is excellent, with only the gentle wear patterns of careful use.
