925 Sterling Silver and Onyx Set: Ring Size L and Pendant
About this piece
A elegant pairing of 925 sterling silver and black onyx: a ring in UK size L with a circular onyx stone in a polished bezel setting, partnered with a matching pendant on a fine chain. The onyx is deep black with a smooth, glossy finish characteristic of the stone’s natural lustre. Both pieces show the warm patina of well-worn silver, with minor surface marks that speak to their age and regular wear — entirely consistent with vintage jewellery that has been cherished rather than stored away.
The set demonstrates the understated sophistication of mid-century modernist design, where clean lines and contrasting materials create quiet impact. Sterling silver’s versatility means these pieces work equally well worn together or separately, layered with other chains or worn as statement solitaires. A light polish with a soft cloth will restore lustre; avoid harsh cleaners that may damage the onyx’s surface.
