About this piece
A classically proportioned cluster ring in sterling silver, featuring five faceted oval tanzanite stones set in a row across the face, each framed top and bottom by small white stone spacers and surrounded by decorative metalwork. The shoulders split gracefully, and the gallery beneath shows characteristic openwork detailing typical of mid-twentieth-century design. Sterling silver hallmarked 925 inside the band.
In UK size O, it sits comfortably as a statement piece without overwhelming the hand. The tanzanites show good depth of colour with clean faceting; the white stones (likely diamond or paste) catch light pleasingly. The ring is in good condition with expected light wear to the high points of the gallery. We’d recommend the occasional gentle clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, and storage away from abrasive jewellery to preserve the polish.
